60 year old male with B/ L pedal edema and shortness of breath

No- 75  I’ve been given this case to solve in an attempt to understand the topic of “patient clinical data analysis" to develop my competency in reading and comprehending clinical data including history, clinical findings, investigations, and come up with a diagnosis and treatment plan.  Following is the view of my case: (history as per date of admission)  60 year old male patient came to the casuality with the chief complaints of  B/L pedal edema since 20 days SOB since 3 days. History of present illness: Patient was apparently asymptomatic 20 days back then he developed B/L pedal edema which is of non- pitting type.  History of SOB since 3 days ( MMRC grading - 1/2) There is no history of fever, cough, decreased urine output, chest pain, abdominal pain or trauma.
